Lease Buy Out My lease was due to be turned in. I had been in communication with Randee the manager that I did not want to be at the dealership 6 hours like the la My lease was due to be turned in. I had been in communication with Randee the manager that I did not want to be at the dealership 6 hours like the last time with my initial visit with the lease signing. She assured me I would "be in and out". All the paperwork would be prepared for me to sign. I make an appointment to come and buy the lease (simple straight forward process) and I have 2 customers ahead of me for Dan Cohen...aka...1-2 hour wait. I take my keys and leave. Raj, the salesman agreed to call me when Finance was available and I would return. Which Raj did. Paperwork was initiated, Dan had everything ready for me to sign and I was out of the dealership within a half hour. The way it should have been the first time. I have had several poor experiences with this dealership. I have never received a survey because the service department intentionally put an incorrect email. (The incorrect email I had discovered at my last service visit, asked to be corrected, but never corrected. It wasn't until I saw it again going through my information with Raj, that I saw him remove it from my profile. ) Robert Ramirez is the absolute worst Service representative there. First, he argued with me about my oil service contract that I didn't have one. which resulted in my paying for two oil changes. Later resolved, but unnecessary. On two service occasions, Mr Ramirez would not call me to discuss work for my vehicle. Primarily the air filter. Mr Ramirez would inform me upon my picking up my vehicle, I would need to return for a second visit for the air filter replacement and incur another labor charge. I do have Mr Ramirez to thank however, for forcing me to go on YouTube and learn how to change my own air filter. I now purchase my air filter on Amazon for $11 and I change it myself. Over the years at that dealership, I have come to see the service department to pressure for service that is not necessary. I was being pressured to have my breaks done long before it was necessary. I eventually stopped going there for anything. Signing off on my lease was the best feeling in the world. Why? Because I was signing off on the Honda of Freehold dealership. More

My wife and I had the worst experience with this dealership. Very dishonest and lies about the transaction. We gave 1000 deposit so that the sales person can find our car because they didn’t have dealership. Very dishonest and lies about the transaction. We gave 1000 deposit so that the sales person can find our car because they didn’t have it on the lot. However during this time my wife the next day got quoted a much lower rate at another dealership. So the salesperson ( Rajinder Kang) call us two days later and said he found the car and that he will pick it up for us. May I remind you that my deposit is not binding. Anyway my wife told him we got a better deal and that if he doesn’t lower it then we have to cancel. Eventually he goes and talks to the sales manager and see if they can lower it but he was trying to scam us by telling we have to finance for 30 days. This way they can make money off of us for the amount finance and still lose money. We told him at first that we will pay cash for the car. So he went back and forth and finally he said we can’t go any lower. At the end my wife said we will cancel and to return our deposit. He then goes and tells us that Honda cannot give us back our refund because we already ordered the parts for the car. We told him this is xx and that he better return the deposit right away. After a few minutes of arguing with my wife he abruptly hangs up. I said what the xxxx is going on. This guy is so rude because we are cancelling our deposit. So my wife calls the sales manager (Howard Banerman ) right away and explains to him that Rajinder was rude and telling us lies to keep our deposit. Howard with no surprise accuses my wife of being rude and that we don’t know what my wife was talking about. At that time I took the phone and told him he better fix the problem and give us back our deposit. His tone of voice was very condescending and rude. I told him he better call up his boss Amir and get this fix up or else there will be heads rolling. So finally he calls half and hour later and said please come in for your deposit. When I went in for my deposit he didn’t apologize for there behavior. What type of imbecile works here. Very deceptive and rude. I hope the general manager teach these unprofessional employees some sympathy and manners You lost us as a customer because I also have been using there service department. Good riddance! More

Very dissatisfied I purchased my 2019 Honda Ridgeline from Honda of Freehold because the truck I wanted was coming in with 2 days. I last purchased 2013 Honda Accord f I purchased my 2019 Honda Ridgeline from Honda of Freehold because the truck I wanted was coming in with 2 days. I last purchased 2013 Honda Accord from Hamilton Honda. I should have waited and bought vehicle from them. I've had issues with service manager Sal. He is very confrontational and slammed his hands down on my door after I turned vehicle off because all of the diagnostic lights were on. I felt like an outsider. They sold me vehicle then through me under the bus. I had an issue with my drivers side seat and Sal and service writer Steve said they could not do anything because it was a wear issue. I then spoke with Eli and said he would take care of it. HE NEVER DID! Come on! Vehicle had just over 5K on it. They would not honor warranty. I then took my vehicle to upholstery shop. They looked at seat and told me seat cover was too loose not a wear issue. I now go to Hamilton Honda for my service and warranty (I have extended warranty). I will NEVER step foot in that HOSTILE DEALSHIP again and would not recommend them for anything. So Team Eli JImenez, Sal Hernandez and Steve Mutchler did not help me out after spending over 40k on a vehicle. More
