What an absolutely pleasant experience! No questions were treated as insignificant and answered promptly. Financing took place, literally, as I drove to Decatur and I was assured the truck would be sitting out front by the main entrance when I arrived. The staff worked as a well oiled machine as I walked through sales and financing. Even to the point of loading my new truck with my things! I never felt a moment of being rushed through the process, even though I arrived an hour before closing. I was always treated as highest priority at the moment. Very unexpected, as many businesses in sales might be rushing me though, knowing their personal life was waiting for them! Even when I voiced my concern for the team about keeping them past closing time, they honored me as a customer. Never allowing me to feel guilty for keeping them so late. Everyone was pleasant and smiling. Even over the past couple of weeks, the team has reached out to me, reassuring me that “they have my back” for ANY questions. What peace of mind! It’s been 14 years since I bought a vehicle and I was treated like a queen! Thank you!
