We actually bought our first toyota at this very car dealership. We did not have a very good impression when it came to the maintenance part of it when it was under a different management. We had some issues with the cruise control and never could get it corrected. So we never came back until now. We were looking for a particular car and I went online and saw that your dealership had several on the lot. I called and talked to Wally and then to Ralph. Both were very kind and helpful so I thought we would give you another chance. So far, I'm glad we did. Everything has gone very smoothly and quickly. Everyone was very nice and professional. We even stopped by unannounced the other day because we could not figure out the bluetooth with our phones. Wally came out to the car in the rain and showed us how it worked. So we are very pleased with the service so far from your dealership and glad that we gave you another chance. Thank You!!! More

I found a car I was interested online and inquired. Ralph Harper answered all my questions very quickly by phone, e-mail, and text. Did most everything by phone or online. With a small deposit they held the car for 4 days until I could travel the 3 hours to see it. As soon as we got there, Ralph had the keys and we were able to take the car out for a test drive. It was just as described both good and bad. Everyone was very nice, explained all my options. When the warranty prices didn't work for me, they came up with a shorter and cheaper version so it would all fit into my budget. Two family members who came with me plan on working with Ralph to find them a used car. Worth the trip, I would definitely recommend this dealer. More

Ralph Harper and Lugoff Toyota were a pleasure to do business with. I found the car on autotrader.com, called Ralph and, based on that one phone call, Ralph was willing to ship the vehicle to a partner business with. I found the car on autotrader.com, called Ralph and, based on that one phone call, Ralph was willing to ship the vehicle to a partner dealership in Asheville, NC, which is much closer to where I live, so that I might see the car for myself. And this was AT NO COST TO MYSELF (unlike CARMAX). The bottom line is that the car was exactly as described and I liked the way it drove, so I bought the car by signing the papers brought to Asheville by the driver (who was extremely nice) and paying with a personal check. Within an hour of arriving at the dealership, I was on my way home driving my new (used) car. It all happened so quickly and so easily that it is hard to believe it really happened that way. I am not used to this kind of experience in purchasing a used car from a dealership. (Usually it takes half a day!) I doubt whether many other dealerships and salesmen would have done what Lugoff Toyota and Ralph Harper did for me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

The whole experience at Lugoff Toyota was top rated, from Ken Mixon through the end of the process to the Finance Manager Trevor Reames, they were both very pleasing to work with. We also had time spent with Ralph Harper whom was very helpful, while we were searching for the car we wanted, Ralph assisted in the process and kept us informed via the phone of when the car would arrive, they were able to locate exactly what we wanted. I cannot say enough for Ken Mixon, he was simply amazing to deal with, this was our first experience at Lugoff Toyota, and at any Toyota dealership, and I think we have found our car dealership home. Everything was always explained to us in detail, and to our understanding. Thanks to the whole team at Lugoff Toyota whom both made it possible and a smooth experience!. More
