Life Happens.. Several Months ago, I was on line looking for Subaru Dealerships in my Area and was checking out the Reviews to go with them. Subaru of Kennesaw had the most positive reviews, By Far and one name in particular shone above the rest, Ralph Kurland !!! So i gave Ralph a call and started my search. I informed him what i was looking for and what i could afford and he went to work. Ralph had me set up with several vehicles That day ! Then "Life Happened"... A Family Member was diagnosed with Cancer and eventually succumbed to it. During that another family member spent some time in intensive care. When i told Ralph that i had to postpone the buy, He showed Nothing but Genuine Concern and remorse for our circumstances. He touched back with me once a month, But NEVER pushed the subject of the vehicle !! Today.... I finally purchased my New Subaru... and I give all the credit to Ralph and his Concern for mankind, instead of the almighty dollar ! A Genuine, Honest, hardworking fella' !!! He was able to show us both the items we were aware of, but also aspects of the cars features that we were not knowledgeable about. Because Ralph is very considerate person, you feel that he wants to work for you and helps you find the car that is right for you. His sales approach is unique in the car buying business, which is why I feel comfortable buying with his guidance. If it isn’t perfect for you, then he does not want you to make a decision you are uncomfortable with. Within a week of buying our Ascent, we sent a very good friend to Ralph to look at Ascent also.
