Ralf was probably the best salesman I've ever dealt with , he's funny , polite , with a little smarty pants thrown in , but now that I've dealt with him , I won't by another vehicle from anyone else . When my vehicle was first diagnosed- it was not at Lenz. I moved it over to Lenz to have the work done, knowing that ai could rely on Jim and his crew.
