I found a truck on Car Guru’s on a Sunday afternoon contacted the dealership and immediately got a reply asking if I wanted to be contacted by a salesperson I answered yes. Ralph contacted me that eve contacted the dealership and immediately got a reply asking if I wanted to be contacted by a salesperson I answered yes. Ralph contacted me that evening and advised he would send the information I requested in the morning. After reviewing the information I call him to tell him I wanted the truck what did I need to do to secure it. They sent me link to put a deposit on the vehicle and he contacted me saying it was mine. The process was seamless they handled everything on line and shipped the truck to Virginia. I would highly recommend Ralph and Lenz Truck Sales and service to anyone. Great people to work with. Thank you for a seamless purchase. More

The sales person i dealt with was new and very young. . I feel he was answering questions he didn’t know the answers to. Also, I know some of his information he was telling me was false, which made me lo . I feel he was answering questions he didn’t know the answers to. Also, I know some of his information he was telling me was false, which made me lose trust. I know I overpaid for my vehicle. However, I didn’t feel pressured which was nice. Still not feeling 100 percent on my sale, but hopefully everything is good. More

When my vehicle was first diagnosed- it was not at Lenz. I moved it over to Lenz to have the work done, knowing that ai could rely on Jim and his crew.
