It is difficult to describe my experience with Martin Cheverolet. It is unlike any dealership i have worked with. From management to sales and service there performance was exemplary. They listened, did Cheverolet. It is unlike any dealership i have worked with. From management to sales and service there performance was exemplary. They listened, did not push, answered every question, concern and still gave me a fantastic price. I have purchased both used and new vehicles for myself, wife and kids and could not be happier. Simple and easy purchase When I brought my previously purchased vehicle from this dealership (2008 Grand Cherokee Laredo) in for an oil change (204,000+miles on odometer with When I brought my previously purchased vehicle from this dealership (2008 Grand Cherokee Laredo) in for an oil change (204,000+miles on odometer with most of the servicing at this dealership) I noticed a 2017 Grand Cherokee Laredo on the lot and went to my original salesman, Edward Mouton, and we went for a test drive on Saturday February 1. Because I had two family events to attend, suggested I would be back when completed and at approximately 2:45 that afternoon placed a deposit and started paperwork in a 15 minute window. Returned Monday, February 3, and in two 15 minute windows during the day completed the paperwork (work schedule required this procedure) and at 7:00 PM finished final paperwork with James Dunn in under an hour including delivery of the Vehicle with Edward Mouton. If it had not been for Ed doing the detail work and the resources of James this would have been more complicated. I have been with this dealership since August, 2015 and it has been a very pleasant experience. More
