This is the way we all should be buying cars. Awesome! I contacted Auto City on a Sunday afternoon online and within a few hours was contacted by a woman that reviewed my information and made an appt for m I contacted Auto City on a Sunday afternoon online and within a few hours was contacted by a woman that reviewed my information and made an appt for me to come down the next day. She then called back in the morning to say they were looking forward to meeting me and clarified a few things I should bring. I came for my appt and within three hours I had a new car. I am impressed with how professional everyone was. The entire process went smoothly and I wasn't nervous or anxious. The price I paid was below Kelley Blue Book for my car! I got the payment I wanted and was also counseled a bit on how best to raise my credit score using my new car loan. A member of the team gave me a guide to buying a used car and even offered to come out to teach a class for the high schooler's in my area on how to buy a car and what credit is and how to get and keep good credit. I had a small issue with my car (not mechanical, piece of plastic wheel well) and I brought it back in a week later. The small issue was handled immediately and to my full satisfaction. I will definitely be coming back here for my next car. I recommend Auto City to anyone that want's the ultimate car buying experience. More

The Easiest Fastes Purchases Ever This is the time I wish I could give more than 5 stars because my experience at Auto City has by far been the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER and this is due to This is the time I wish I could give more than 5 stars because my experience at Auto City has by far been the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER and this is due to Stan, Mike, and Ramil! I started speaking to Stan over the phone and of course I was indecisive as to which vehicle i wanted, but Stan took the time to send me some vehicles to start off with! Of course, I didn’t like them! So, I waited a couple days and restarted my quest to purchase this vehicle. I didn’t want to be in the dealership for a long time, so I started my credit app online and in the comments entered Stan’s name so i wouldn’t be bombarded with other calls. Within a couple of days Stan had my financing secured and it was up to me to figure what vehicle I wanted to purchase. And the reason it took a couple of days for financing is due to my credit not being the best because I was off of work for a year battling for my health! With that comes a huge reduction in pay along with a decrease in that FICO score, but Stan made it happen!!! I walked in to finalize the deal and Mike(Stan’s right hand Man) met me with the keys to test drive a vehicle I was leaning towards. Mike was so attentive towards my feelings and I’ve never seen anyone a dealership pay attention to my emotions. I’m not sure what look I gave off when I test drove the vehicle, but Mike was able to know it was not the one! He knew I wasn’t happy with the vehicle and Mike made it his quest to make sure I was happy! By the time I came back from the test drive, Mike had the key to another vehicle for me to look at and test drive! It was the ONE!! As soon as I sat in the vehicle I melted in the seats, looked at Mike and told him this is it! This is the one, i didn’t need to test drive it, This is it!! And that is the vehicle I drove home in! I absolutely LOVE my new vehicle and it didn’t break the bank either! After confirming my vehicle Stan, Mike, and Ramil made sure I was out of the dealership within an hour; which included cleaning and filling that gas tank up!! I’ve NEVER IN MY LIFE SPENT LESS THAN 2 HRs in a dealership ever! I didn’t feel any pressure, I didn’t feel any uneasiness and I will forever purchase future vehicles from Auto City because they make it personalized to fit you!!! I initially had anxiety about purchasing a car alone, but as a young woman I walked into the dealer and felt very comfortable and confident the entire duration of my visit, and didn’t have to spend half of my day at the dealer to purchase my car. JR is a very friendly and thorough salesperson. I came in pre-approved through my credit union and they got me a much better APR through another lender. I’m beyond satisfied. More

Best experience I’ve had in a car dealership They went above and beyond here from the sales team to the finance team. I’ve bought several used vehicles and never have they filled the gas tank but They went above and beyond here from the sales team to the finance team. Another thing I really loved was they let my wife and I test drive the car alone, which let us talk honestly about the car. They are not the typical pushy annoying used car sales guys here they are FRIENDLY and HONEST. Whenever I meet someone that tell me what I don’t want to hear but it’s the truth I feel like they really are having my best interest at heart, and that’s what made my wife and I buy a car from them.
