Another thing I really loved was they let my wife and I test drive the car alone, which let us talk honestly about the car. They are not the typical pushy annoying used car sales guys here they are FRIENDLY and HONEST. Whenever I meet someone that tell me what I don’t want to hear but it’s the truth I feel like they really are having my best interest at heart, and that’s what made my wife and I buy a car from them. I was very nervous and unsure of what to expect, especially after hearing so many horror stories about car dealerships/salesmen and the pressure that is often experienced. Auto City was the polar opposite of any other typical dealership experience! JR helped me find my dream car and was nothing but helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He walked me through EVERY step and made the financing and warranty options easy to understand and stress-free. I was even offered a financing option at a better rate that what my credit union offered me! I was treated with the utmost respect and instantly felt comfortable after meeting the staff. On top of their amazing customer service, the car that I bought is in tip-top condition with very low mileage, it feels like I’m driving a brand new car!! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, and I will absolutely be returning when I’m ready for an upgrade! I feel like I can’t thank them enough for such a positive car buying experience! She found a used one she liked at Auto City, gave them a call, and spoke with Dmitry. She made an appointment to test drive the car. We went there Saturday morning and off we went for a test drive. A couple of hours later the transaction was completed and drove off with the car she wanted. It has to be said that our experience with Auto City, Dmitry in particular, was excellent. This young man was professional and treats you with respect. We let him know our budget limitations and they worked with us to get to the numbers we can manage. Not to mention that they gave us a fair price for the trade in. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a car. More

Alex and Jorge bent over backwards to get me approved and into the car I wanted. The whole experience from walking in the door to driving off was great. Checking on us every 10 minutes offering us water soda and snacks while we wait for the approval was them going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and having the best experience . Would definitely recommend AutoCity to anyone buying a car and especially those who have been turned away before. More
