I was ready to buy a car here and finalize the deal. When I asked to talk to a manager to discuss some points on the sale. Sales manager was rude and hostile. Gene Ferrugio started arguing and yelling “ When I asked to talk to a manager to discuss some points on the sale. Sales manager was rude and hostile. Gene Ferrugio started arguing and yelling “Im from New York bro” in a threatening tone. At this point I saw him shaking. This is the worst experience my family and I have ever dealt with.
