In the end I was happy with my experience but it was a real mixed bag getting there. Tons of delays, miscommunications and cooling my heals in their waiting area for hours. Very low key, relaxed people, small dealership that felt comfortable. Her's was a.lease from Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington so we fi My wife and I ran into the unfortunate need to replace 2 vehicles at the Same time. Her's was a.lease from Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington so we figured we would start back there. The there was great and with help from Julian, Ramon and later Carlos we were not only able to get my wife into a new lease of a Sportage (in the harder to find red she wanted) but I found what I was looking for as and both at a price that fit in our budget. The team worked with us to get evey done and the vehicles on the road in short order and we could not be happier with their work and the follow up they are taking care of.
