Every 3 years I lease at Herb Chambers Kia i Burlington. The main reason I go there is because of my salesman Ramon! He takes excellent care of me when I need to lease again. He lets me make my own decisions but points mei in the right direction. I was even able to drive my new car right off the lot that day. We have leased 4 vehicles through Ramon and he is awesome. We have also worked with Carlos for the past 4 vehicles and prefer working with him than anyone else when it comes to figures. Ramon and Carlos are a good combo to reach customer's needs and budget's. My Wife and I as well as our Daughter have been loyal customer's to Herb Chambers Kia and hope to continue this relationship in the future. Not your ordinary dealership. Thoughtful to my needs without pressuring me to but something I did not want. Laurel was able to tell me exactly what was available on the lot for Thoughtful to my needs without pressuring me to but something I did not want. Laurel was able to tell me exactly what was available on the lot for new vehicles without hesitation. Ramon was fantastic going through all the features of the vehicle and showed me a few features that I didn’t request but came along with the vehicle. Ramon explained in detail how all these worked (for a simple person). I was impressed by the all the staffs friendly demeanor. Ramon especially made my experience outstanding. Had Ramone as a sales personBought 'Certified Used Car' Had Ramone as a sales person Bought 'Certified Used Car' 2018 Optima, for $17,998, 18k miles, 7Oct21 Tires rotated by independent mechanic on 11Nov2 Had Ramone as a sales person Bought 'Certified Used Car' 2018 Optima, for $17,998, 18k miles, 7Oct21 Tires rotated by independent mechanic on 11Nov2021, 19k miles (Stoneham Gulf, Stoneham, MA.) I was Informed by the independent mechanic that the vehicle needed front and rear brakes as well as two new tires, one of which would not pass their state inspection. Spoke with Ramone and after him checking with his sales manager, he indicated that nothing would be done to repair these safety issues free of charge. Beware of any used cars from this dealership, particularly "Certified Used Cars" since they don't stand behind them. At least bring it to an independent mechanic BEFORE giving them a dime.
