Hello and thank you for taking the time to get to know me! I am Married with a mixed husky named Loki that we adopted at one of our Subaru adoption events. I also have a spotted Gecko named Yoshi that loves crunchy crickets for dinner! I was born and raised as a kid in Chicago, however I moved to Carol Stream a few years ago. I also lived my teenage years in a small town in Puerto Rico called San Lorenzo where my love for Subaru's was found. I have owned 4 Subarus so far and my current one is a 2020 Outback Onyx for me and my wife! I lost my first Subaru impreza years ago in a head on collision but it saved my life as I walked away with only bruises! I enjoy all things Marvel Comics, some videogames, movies and working out on my spare time. I love to have fun making the best buying experience possible with all my clients here at Grand. Great salesperson, finance.......eh Afiza was wonderful to work with. We showed up at a very busy time, closer to closing, and she was still able to take care of our needs. With an internet price in hand, the whole process took about an hour and a half. She was very thorough with all options available to us, and explained everything well. Definitely recommend her. Finance department? Eh. Tried to get us at a higher rate to make that extra dough. After a couple of "calls" to the bank (c'mon now, bank? Calls?) we got a deal which we thought was fair, with the dealer making more than enough on our sale. This is every dealer, but if I didn't mention it, I'm not being honest. Our final interaction while signing papers was pleasant. All options explained well, papers signed, on our way. Without the finance department while figuring out our payments, a 5 star experience. With the finance department, a 3.5 star. More

Satisfied! Grand Subaru from start to finish was a very good purchasing experience. We visited three dealerships looking for our new car and Cameron, Ramon, and Grand Subaru from start to finish was a very good purchasing experience. We visited three dealerships looking for our new car and Cameron, Ramon, and his team were responsive, professional, and thorough. They gave us their best price right from the start, had our car and another ready and waiting for test driving, and walked us through the process without too much high pressure for add-ons. In the financing meeting, the employee was a bit heavy-handed pushing the extended warranty, but overall we're very happy. The Subaru itself is like driving a dream. Then again, it's been 16 years since we purchased a new car! More
