Hello and thank you for taking the time to get to know me! I am Married with a mixed husky named Loki that we adopted at one of our Subaru adoption events. I also have a spotted Gecko named Yoshi that loves crunchy crickets for dinner! I was born and raised as a kid in Chicago, however I moved to Carol Stream a few years ago. I also lived my teenage years in a small town in Puerto Rico called San Lorenzo where my love for Subaru's was found. I have owned 4 Subarus so far and my current one is a 2020 Outback Onyx for me and my wife! I lost my first Subaru impreza years ago in a head on collision but it saved my life as I walked away with only bruises! I enjoy all things Marvel Comics, some videogames, movies and working out on my spare time. I love to have fun making the best buying experience possible with all my clients here at Grand. I drove 400 miles to buy a Subaru from Ramon and the price he gave was the price he promised. Before I went I was worried that there would be a surprise. However, the process was very smooth. Ramon goes above and beyond to service customers. I was the last customer to leave the dealership after closing. Ramon stayed to make sure all was in order and questions were answered. No pressure, just goood service. He is someone you can have a good talk with even when he is ready to head home. More

This dealer offers a great selection of every model Subaru manufactures. Nobody looks forward to the process of purchasing a new vehicle, it can be a lot of stress and pressure. I knew what I wanted an Subaru manufactures. Nobody looks forward to the process of purchasing a new vehicle, it can be a lot of stress and pressure. I knew what I wanted and ended up at Grand Subaru because they were the only dealer within 100 miles of me to have he vehicle I was searching for. Their online sales and quote responses could be more reliable but I wouldn’t hold it against them. They will work with you, and based off of my experience with them, you will be happy with the final outcome. After dealing with the other Subaru dealers in the area...Grand Subaru was the only dealer that I felt was interested in making a sale no matter what the times were, covid 19 etc. In conclusion I am extremely satisfied with the service and care that I received from Grand Subaru More
