I received quotes from two other dealers and the no haggle price from Grande was the best. I, in fact had another dealer tell me that they usually cannot beat Grande The actual closing took less than two hours by appointment and Ramon even came in to let me in the door on his day off. He introduced my to the lease manager and remained till the end to check me out on the new car. I love the car and the service was great. By the way, my daughter just bought her new Subaru Forester from Grande a couple months ago, She has been wanting one ever since driving my outbacks for the last 8 years. More

Low Price, Transparent, No-Haggle Experience My name is Daniel and I live in Nashville, Tennessee, and I recently purchased a new 2020 Outback from Grand Subaru. I found out about Grand through My name is Daniel and I live in Nashville, Tennessee, and I recently purchased a new 2020 Outback from Grand Subaru. I found out about Grand through an Outback message board and decided to reach out to them for a quote. Unlike most dealerships, Grand provided me a written quote on the vehicle within an hour. Most other dealerships would call and want me to come to the dealership to talk numbers. The quote Grand provided me was over $3,000 less than what I could get locally in Nashville. Grand's quote also included only two additional fees: Illinois Documentation and License Plate. I was admittedly a bit concerned about making the trip to Chicago and them trying to add some additional fees at the last minute. This was not the case, everything was just as Ramon and I had already discussed. Grand and Ramon definitely made the 14-hour roundtrip worth my time, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new Subaru. More
