Hello and thank you for taking the time to get to know me! I am Married with a mixed husky named Loki that we adopted at one of our Subaru adoption events. I also have a spotted Gecko named Yoshi that loves crunchy crickets for dinner! I was born and raised as a kid in Chicago, however I moved to Carol Stream a few years ago. I also lived my teenage years in a small town in Puerto Rico called San Lorenzo where my love for Subaru's was found. I have owned 4 Subarus so far and my current one is a 2020 Outback Onyx for me and my wife! I lost my first Subaru impreza years ago in a head on collision but it saved my life as I walked away with only bruises! I enjoy all things Marvel Comics, some videogames, movies and working out on my spare time. I love to have fun making the best buying experience possible with all my clients here at Grand. No push just facts Ramon was very considerate and respectful to our needs. Once decision was made it was a sit down and discuss options being introduced to each with full explanation. No push just the facts. As the day grew on and a breakfast less morning started to show in my character with my resembling a Snickers commercial, Ramon took a break from his work and offered us coffee and a muffin to bring my blood sugar back in line. Costco membership refereed me to Grand Subaru. I visited a couple other Subaru dealerships prior to Grand Subaru, none could compare. Ramon was excellent during my sales process. Negotiated via email initially then went in for a test drive. He gave me the information I wanted and did not push me into a sale that same day as I wasn't read via email initially then went in for a test drive. Went in to buy and he was very patient and answered all my questions. Ended up getting a good value on my trade and overall was satisfied with the process. Al in finance was also excellent.
