One of your managers has reached out. With a good faith gesture. But in order to make things right the entire contract would need to be rewrote to correct Charles obvious speeding in the box. But im sure there will be an excuse when i get there and the treatment we received cant be reversed. Costing us thousands of dollars all because of Charles taking advantage of our kindness for stupidity. I need someone to explain how at a 824 fica with 5k down we didn't qualify for ur advertised rates of 3.9 or 4.9. Not the 6.5 that was given. With no explanation. Charles never explained the contract if had he would have been exposed for the lying thief he turned out to be. My bad for trusting him when he looked me in the face and shook my hard. This experience certainly doesn't represent ur mission statement nor ur advertised awards. The salesman Ernesto was great and the car is as well. But our treatment by Charles is despicable i can only imagine what happens to other people who make the mistake of trusting period.
