We had been looking for a Bolt EUV for a quite a while. Finally found one in stock at Stingray. But by the time I called, Mona told me it was sold. Stingray is about 75 miles away, so, on a whim, we brought the title to the car we planned to trade. On the way there, Mona informed us that the recall had indeed been performed and the car was for sale. Rick was great and answered far more questions than the average car salesman could answer. It turned out that that car is exactly what we were looking for. It checked every single box! Being of retirement age, I've bought more than a few cars, although this was our first ever new car. Paul took us through the financing in record time and without any pressure to add on things we didn't want. Just an offer and he accepted our answers without dispute. That's rare! And then Elizabeth showed us through all the infotainment and controls beyond what Rick had pointed out and made sure we were all set up with On Start and stuff like that. The frosting on the cake was when Mona came out to greet us as we moved our stuff from our old car to the new one. It was nice to have a face to go with that pleasant phone personality. More
