My wife waited two and a half hours for an oil change. She was there with a 2 year old and a 1 year old. She watch 3 other vehicles get serviced before hers that got there after she did and she was early She was there with a 2 year old and a 1 year old. The service department has gotten worse every time she has took her truck in definitely will not purchase another service warranty with out next vehicle, if this is what we get. More

So a new follow-up regarding the previous review. It apparently got someone's attention Ramona -head of customer service calls and gets the true side of story. The trade values are a disgrace $3k for what KBB sees as excellent trade worth 7-8.5 k, then they act like they are doing a favor on the trade and call it $2000 trade assistance-so a whole 5K for something worth much more in reality. Truly got to thinking-fix the deal, No Camaro- no peace! More
