Service appointment was completed comfortably and quickly. Rande is a real pro. Outdoor tables and chairs made social distancing possible and safe. I had an appointment for 730 am and was service was good. They serviced my tundra and did a brake job in a reasonable time period.. i told them about a metallic tapping sound and was told the brake job would They serviced my tundra and did a brake job in a reasonable time period.. i told them about a metallic tapping sound and was told the brake job would solve that problem, but I still hear the tapping sound. My daughter scheduled an appointment in advanced; waited almost 3 hours before being told by the mechanic that he did not know how to fix her problem. She was getting a heat shield put back on her 2017 Nis almost 3 hours before being told by the mechanic that he did not know how to fix her problem. She was getting a heat shield put back on her 2017 Nissan Versa and an oil change. The service agent had a total disregard for her time and did not express remorse or empathy after letting her know that he was incompetent and could not assist her. I find that to be totally unacceptable. She had to be inconvenience by returning the next day. The good news is that it was eventually repaired and she was not charged. Also we typically do not have these issues with Arlington Toyota. More
