Hello, My name is Randy Chin. I have been with INFINITI of Naperville for over 20 years starting back when the store was located in Lisle. I have been in the automotive industry for a total of 30 years all of them with INFINITI and/or Nissan. My primary role at INFINITI of Naperville is being a Sales Rep but I also handle New vehicle inventory ordering and acquisition. I take great pride in maintaining this aspect of our business. I grew up in the Elgin/Dundee area and now live in Aurora which is only a few miles from the dealership. I am an avid sports fan and really enjoy watching the Chicago Blackhawks in my spare time.

My experience with Ms. Abdel bought me back to give them another chance, which contributed directly to Mr. Chin's sale. This model sells itself, and my credit score/-worthiness speaks for itself. Once able to move from posturing had a WONDERFUL!!! experience, which my son was also able to enjoy. I love my 2019 QX50 and look forward to many years of enjoyable driving. Experience would had been greater if dealership honored employee/family discount program. I would like to add that Mr. Korallus did add accessories to my vehicle at no extra charge and secured it from a dealership out of state; which I really appreciated. More

I have never had a more knowledgeable and accommodating car salesperson. Randy treats you like close family. Randy won us away from another Infiniti dealer closer to our home and he really sharpened his pencil and worked to win our business. Mark Felson, though new to the dealer as a delivery adviser, was knowledgeable and thorough when explaining the features of the vehicle of my wife's new car. Sean Pelkey, who handled the closing paperwork, was also a pleasure to work with. He made the leasing process painless and quick. I give Infiniti of Naperville my highest recommendation. More

Not The Tradition Dealer Experience As one who has bought a variety of cars over the years, dealing with the traditional car selling process is not only annoying but extremely tiresome. As one who has bought a variety of cars over the years, dealing with the traditional car selling process is not only annoying but extremely tiresome. I can honestly say that this experience was the opposite - no pressure; no "you can't leave until the manager comes to try to slam an offer" - just good follow up and great service. My wife was torn between several makes and styles but after multiple visits, we chose Infiniti partially due to the support, product knowledge, and patience shown throughout the process. Randy went the extra mile to get everything prepared, even picking me up from home, so I pick up my wife's car of her dreams. The experience was truly top rate. More
