Bad Experience! I recently purchased an Infiniti Q60 coupe. The salesman Randy specifically told me that they had put new tires on the vehicle prior to picking up th I recently purchased an Infiniti Q60 coupe. The salesman Randy specifically told me that they had put new tires on the vehicle prior to picking up the vehicle. It’s been 3 months and the car vibrates and I have to buy new tires. Took it to another Infiniti dealer and they told me that the tires were a cheap summer rated tire and not the tires that should be on the vehicle. Tires were uneven and were substandard. Even though I bought the car certified and low mileage (26k). The salesman Randy Chin specifically lied to me and said he just put new tires on the vehicle prior to me picking it up. I hate being lied to and now have to spend more money on tires. Terrible way to do business. More

He's very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and doesn't play games. He starts with his best offer. I received an amazing lease and the process couldn't have been more hassle-free. Do to this type of experence, this is the 6th Infiniti I've leased from Randy. After the next 39 months, I'm sure I'll be doing it again. Don't waste your time elsewhere. My experience with Ms. Abdel bought me back to give them another chance, which contributed directly to Mr. Chin's sale. This model sells itself, and my credit score/-worthiness speaks for itself. Once able to move from posturing had a WONDERFUL!!! experience, which my son was also able to enjoy. I love my 2019 QX50 and look forward to many years of enjoyable driving. Experience would had been greater if dealership honored employee/family discount program. I would like to add that Mr. Korallus did add accessories to my vehicle at no extra charge and secured it from a dealership out of state; which I really appreciated. More
