Hello, My name is Randy Chin. I have been with INFINITI of Naperville for over 20 years starting back when the store was located in Lisle. I have been in the automotive industry for a total of 30 years all of them with INFINITI and/or Nissan. My primary role at INFINITI of Naperville is being a Sales Rep but I also handle New vehicle inventory ordering and acquisition. I take great pride in maintaining this aspect of our business. I grew up in the Elgin/Dundee area and now live in Aurora which is only a few miles from the dealership. I am an avid sports fan and really enjoy watching the Chicago Blackhawks in my spare time.

Great customer service! We were looking for a Certified Pre-Owned QX60. We had spent most of the day looking at other dealers, and had gotten frustrated by their tactics and We were looking for a Certified Pre-Owned QX60. We had spent most of the day looking at other dealers, and had gotten frustrated by their tactics and the worse than expected condition of their vehicles. We arrived a few minutes before closing time, and Randy Chin was assigned as our sales person. We drove the vehicle in which we were interested, and quickly received a price. The value offered for our vehicle was fair, and the condition of the QX60 was immaculate. The vehicle required one minor item to be serviced, so we could not take delivery of it that day. Since we live 4 hours away, and could not travel to the dealer in the near future, Randy met us half way to deliver the vehicle when it was ready. More

3rd vehicle my family and I have bought This is the 3rd Infiniti my family (sister,mother in law, myself) has purchased from Infiniti of Naperville formally know as Infiniti of Lisle. I like This is the 3rd Infiniti my family (sister,mother in law, myself) has purchased from Infiniti of Naperville formally know as Infiniti of Lisle. I like this dealer specifically because of the honesty and integrity they have as a whole. I went it to buy a vehicle they had just bought from auction and it they were not willing to sell it because it hadn't gone thru their inspection or their service shop. Any other dealer would of sold it. It says a lot about a business when they want to do what's right instead of just making a profit. I ended up waiting for it to go thru service which it needed some things I didn't even notice and still managed to get it at a fair price. This is the 2nd car we have purchased from Randy chin. I left him with a car I want and with the package I want it with. I have no doubt he will call me when he finds it. Love the Infiniti brand and feel this will be my dealership for a long time. More
