Randy was great to work with. I love my car! He wasn’t pushy at all. I came in wanting a smaller Q3 but we decided on the SQ5. It’s a great product but working with Wyoming was an I love my car! He is incredibly knowledgeable of Audi products and Audi history. He took the time to get to know us and to understand what was important to us when choosing a vehicle. Troy in finance was very personable and transparent and worked with us to get the coverages we needed at a reasonable price. We felt overall we were treated honestly and with respect that we had not previously found elsewhere. A car purchase does not have to be a hostile interaction! I wish we didn't live so far from the dealership, but very glad to have found them, and I'm confident any concerns we have will be promptly and fairly addressed. More

Randy and Audi of Wyoming Valley is the best around. I ordered a 2026 Audi SQ5 Sportback and it is beautiful. Randy kept me updated with all of the build through delivery. The Mythos Black Black interio I ordered a 2026 Audi SQ5 Sportback and it is beautiful. Randy kept me updated with all of the build through delivery. The Mythos Black Black interior Black Optic is beautiful. the black tipped sport tuned exhaust is fantastic. Randy made the order process quick and painless. I recently received it at the dealership and she is beautiful. I have had a 2018 and 2023 both fantastic but this one’s technology is so advanced. Randy delivered the car and took the time to make sure I understood everything before I left the dealership. He even stayed late into the evening to make sure I understood everything before I left. I also would like to thank Curtis Charlie for all of the assistance getting the new car. The service department Joe and Brian were fantastic as always.
