Ryan Vantrease is an excellent representative of the company as well as the Hyundai product. He is knowledgeable and listens to you as to what your needs are in a vehicle. The service department always is courteous and has a wonderful leader in Randy Jackson. The whole process of buying a vehicle is really a pleasure at this dealership. Wayne Fielder thoroughly explains the financing process and the services that are available to purchase. While reviewing the options he does not pressure you and make you think you have made a wrong decision if you choose not to purchase an additional service. I will continue to buy my vehicles at Wilson County Hyundai. More

I have been dealing with Wilson County Hyundai for several years. This is the 5th car I have purchased from Ryan Vantrease at this dealership. Ryan is always willing to help find the right vehicle t several years. This is the 5th car I have purchased from Ryan Vantrease at this dealership. Ryan is always willing to help find the right vehicle to fit your needs. He has a keen ability to listen to what the customer is saying in order to help them select the vehicle that they will be happy with and will best serve their needs. This dealership treats you like family and not just another customer. I highly recommend this dealership and personally recommend Ryan to handle your transaction. Two people that are not listed above are also important to a customer when they do business with WC Hyundai. Jenni Watson always greets you with a smile and when you call into the dealership her refreshing voice and making you feel you are her only concern at this time makes every visit and phone call an enjoyment. She is a valuable asset to this dealership. Wayne also handles the finance and additional add ons in a professional way. He makes you aware of items that will enhance your purchase but does not make you feel that if you decide not to purchase them that you have made a grave mistake. So many dealerships put you in the pressure cooker when you get into the finance office. At WC Hyundai their attitude is that they are there to advise you and serve your needs and that whatever decision you make is in your best interest. This is the first time Wayne has handled my financing but I was pleased in the overall process. As mentioned in the people I deal with Randy Jackson is also the example of excellent customer service. He and Sasha Bennett along with the Service Department Staff make bring your vehicles in for servicing something that you do not have to dread. They make you feel at home and help you in whatever your needs are while your car is being serviced. I highly recommend this dealership along with its staff to meet your needs in purchasing and servicing a vehicle. More

Wilson County Hyundai is an outstanding dealership with an excellent service department. I recently purchased a new 2013 Hyundai Sonata and traded in my 2008 Sonata. My salesperson, Michael Zartman, did a an excellent service department. I recently purchased a new 2013 Hyundai Sonata and traded in my 2008 Sonata. My salesperson, Michael Zartman, did an excellent job in assisting me with this purchase, as did the sales manager Daryl Peterson. Wayne Fielder was very efficient in handling the financing and explained everything thoroughly and concisely for me. I can't say enough good things about Randy Jackson, the Service Manager. This is my second Hyundai Sonata and he took VERY good care of me and my 2008 Sonata for the past 5 years. His shop is always immaculately clean and very well organized and my service visits were always completed in a very timely manner. He assisted me in getting my faulty gas tank (stuck open filler flap) on the 2008 Sonata replaced by Hyundai so that I only had to pay the $100 deductible, instead of paying nearly $1000 to cover the cost and labor on a new gas tank. His service writer, Sasha Bennett, is also a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, efficient and very personable. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, and to also get all of their recommended service performed by this service department. The cost of an oil change (a thorough one - with all systems checked out in addition to the oil change) is VERY competitive with the "quickie" chains and the quality of service is much better! I will be a Hyundai customer for life now! More

I just bought my third Hyundai. I have been bringing Hyundai #2 into the Wilson County service department for almost three years now. I have always said that at bad or dishonest mechanic can really wre Hyundai #2 into the Wilson County service department for almost three years now. I have always said that at bad or dishonest mechanic can really wreak havoc on your life, but you can rest assured you don't have to worry about that with these guys. With a man like Randy Jackson at the helm, you know things are being ran smoothly and as they should be. I know honest isn't a word you typically hear when talking about a car dealership, but Randy Jackson oozes honesty and you just know you can trust him. Randy runs a tight ship around the shop which puts your mind at ease and he's also just a really cool guy that's a lot of fun to talk to and cut up with. Then there's the mechanic, Kevin Reese. Kevin is very thorough and goes over my car with a fine tooth comb every time I bring it in, even if just for an oil change If he finds a problem, he explains it to you thoroughly and even utilizes little samples and things they have there in the shop so you understand. When I say problem, the things that have been wrong with my car have actually been just normal, routine, maintenance items that Kevin has nipped in the bud. I had 180k on Hyundai #2 and it was still going strong thanks to Kevin; just wanted a change. I know I can trust Kevin to maintain my car with precision and skill; he is worth his weight in GOLD and he's very sweet and personable too. And last, but certainly not least, there's Sasha. She not only holds down the desk in the shop but she logs the cars in and is quite knowledgeable about cars herself. She always has an answer for things and is usually on point but she also always follows up with Randy or Kevin just to be sure she's told you right. She is also a very sweet person and a lot of fun to talk to. All of the guys in the shop are a lot of fun to cut up with but they know how to get serious about working on your car. I always recommend them to everyone since they work on all makes of cars. I try to tell people about this little gold mine in the heart of little Lebanon TN so that everyone can experience and enjoy the peace of mind of a truly good service department. More

I was referred by my sister Robyn Bain and I'm so glad I came in. I had the very best experience of my life; and I've bought many cars in the past. What a truly nice guy! Randy Jackson (the best! This man brings class and immeasurable expertise to your SERVICE area)! I appreciated his forthright honesty and will NOT take my car anywhere else for servicing! Louis Brenkman This guy was crunching numbers like I've never witnessed before and he was quick. I HATE waiting hour upon hour for an answer and I didn't have to when he got in the mix! I LOVE his accent and think he ROCKS! Belinda Wilson is a very efficient and smart young lady. She also made this experience a pleasure! She was knowledgeable and was SUCH a help with the extra last minute decisions regarding coverage. I was able to take the GAP and the extended warranty due to her diligence. I bought a brand new Hyundai a few years back and NEVER received the kind of service that these folks brought to the table! KUDOS to these folks! They do it RIGHT!!! More

This dealership has always been incredible to work with. We moved from Colorado and had to find a Hyundai dealership since we had a 2005 XG350. We found them in Lebanon over 5 years ago and from the very beginning their service department went above and beyond our expectations. Even when the dealership changed hands, the super service continued. When it came time to trade our car and buy our new Sonata, the same quality of service transferred to the new car sales department. Ryan Vantrease, our salesman, was unbelievalbly knowledgeable, helpful and most of all NOT pushy or aggressive. His sales manager worked the "numbers" on our deal where it was impossible to walk away without buying the car. The staff of ladies in the sales department were extremely helpful to us and I might had, very proffesional and extremely pleasant to look at. The service department, headed by Randy Jackson and his group of mechanics, are the finest group of auto repair people I have ever worked with. I have worked with many over the years in 4 states, and they rate at the very top of my list. I would hearily recommend this dealership to any and all people who are shoping a new car, and feel anyone who doesn't see Wilson County Hyundai last, are making a huge mistake!
