The experience was going fine until we began our purchase and trade of a vehicle. I was questioned on the legitimacy of my trade offer from another dealer when the offer was not high by any means and was ver and trade of a vehicle. (Your dealer currently has our trade on the lot for almost 4k more than they argued my price for.) I should have left then and there, I chose to continue on. I explained that I did not want or need warranties for the vehicle I was purchasing. Your employees would not let it go - even going so far as to question my parenting that I would "even think of putting my child in a used car with 15k miles on it without warranties. What?? Even more frustrating about this experience is that my husband had just purchased with cash a brand-new hybrid Jeep Wrangler from the dealership 2 months prior. More

Service could have been a just a little better. Guy was nice. They never rotate my tires here. And didn't wash my car this time. The wrong part was ordered. I had to call multiple times to see when the part would be in. I was told there was no date even though there was the part available on mopar website I had to call multiple times to see when the part would be in. I found what I was looking for quickly with the help of Jesse who I met as I drove in and before I went in. Jesse did all my paperwork in advance so when I arrive to pick up the van, it was very quick. A Jesse who I met as I drove in and before I went in.
