The service center here has been helpful, and I appreciate their support. However, I’m disappointed with the inspection that was done on the used truck I purchased from another Walzer dealership—not this particular Dodge store in Hopkins. The truck was halfway out of coolant, and the AC didn’t work due to being low on refrigerant. These are basic issues that should have been caught during a proper inspection. Thankfully, the Hopkins service team has been taking care of it, even though I didn’t buy the truck from their location. I appreciate their help, but the overall experience has left me questioning the inspection standards across the Walzer group. More

From the moment I messaged about looking at a vehicle, to purchasing a vehicle then scheduling a service appointment- I had top service.
