Bought out my deceased Dad’s leased car. Charged almost $900 for reconditioning and a $900 document fee. When I picked up car, it was not even washed or vacuumed, let alone detailed. What exactly was done for a $900 reconditioning charge? I was told that they didn’t wash, detail, or service the car because normally the same person who leased the car buys it out. Well they were aware that was not the case for this purchase. My family has bought/leased 6 vehicles from Bill Ray Nissan. In the future, we’ll be going to another Nissan dealer. More
