Everything went smoothly my car was washed would have liked for it to have been dried as well covered it dried water spots dark color car looked bad. They helped with finding a vehicle within our budget and didn't hard sell us or push us into a vehicle that we didn't want or could afford. Answered all our questions about each vehicle we asked about. The staff of the J.Machens Toyota dealership energetic, helpful and nice. Always ready to help when they notice a guest needs help. We try to send anyone who ask about where we get our vehicles to this dealership and we live over 100 mile northeast of it. Funnily enough we brought the truck we had leased to get serive and sat down and spoke with one of the dealer about the lease on it. We didn't expect to come home with a rav4 but I love it. More
