Worst service They took more than 1:45 mins just for changing oil. They even did not fill my windshield fluid and I ran out while on highway. Very disappointing.... Scheduled an appointment for 20,000 mile service Scheduled an appointment at 12:00 pulled in ten minutes early and waited till 12:15 and still no one helped me. Mind you there was no other cars in th Scheduled an appointment at 12:00 pulled in ten minutes early and waited till 12:15 and still no one helped me. Mind you there was no other cars in the bay at this time. So I walked inside and asked a gentlemen for help which he proceeded to tell me to stand by my car and someone will help me when they are available as he proceeded to look at his phone again which I happened to see he was on Facebook. And as I walked back to my car I noticed there was four people sitting at their desks. Around 12:30 a gentlemen came outside and asked if I had been helped I said no. He could not have been more helpful in getting someone there immediately he is the only reason I will go back. More

Most organized and courteous service on earth In all my years as a car owner, I've never come across an outfit like Machens!! I dreaded making the call to have my airbags replaced, due to a recall In all my years as a car owner, I've never come across an outfit like Machens!! I dreaded making the call to have my airbags replaced, due to a recall. But I sucked it up and the appointment was made on the spot. I was able to pull right in to the air conditioned service area on the hottest day of summer, and then relax with a selection from their generous buffet of complimentary treats, which include cold drinks, popcorn, sherbet, and a host of other treats. Their lounge is spacious with ultra comfortable seating. They even have a charge station for your cell phones! All in all, they could not have done more to make the experience any better!! When I'm ready to purchase a new vehicle, they will be my first stop! More
