The Service Was Nearly Too Quick! Seriously, I hadn't even finished my cup of coffee in the rather nice comforts of the waiting room when the Service Rep. came over to tell me that the Seriously, I hadn't even finished my cup of coffee in the rather nice comforts of the waiting room when the Service Rep. came over to tell me that the brakes, fire and oil maintenance was finished. They even washed the car in that time Unfortunately, at this time I do not recall any of the service peoples' names, but all of them I've dealt with over the last 16 years have been supremely helpful, informative, and solicitous of our vehicle's care and of ourselves as well. Outstanding service and facility. With other car dealers I have dealt with in the past I have dreaded taking my car/truck in for service. With Joe Machines the dread is not there. As With other car dealers I have dealt with in the past I have dreaded taking my car/truck in for service. With Joe Machines the dread is not there. As soon as you arrive for your scheduled appointment they great you and the process begins. The waiting area is comfortable, spacious, and a very good choice of snacks and drinks. In our last visit our car was finished with the complete service and car wash in less than an hour. Thank you!!! More
