Middle level management (Tyler Watson) was unprofessional. He simply wouldn’t accept “no” for an answer and repeatedly degraded me when he kept repeating “soooo $150 is t worth it to you” and unprofessional. He simply wouldn’t accept “no” for an answer and repeatedly degraded me when he kept repeating “soooo $150 is t worth it to you” and saying it’s a recession I’m surprised you are at this price. When explaining to Mr. Watson that I have a tight budget, his reply was “everyone is on a tight budget.” The sales consultant (Bill Magee) was very professional and the only reason the deal was completed was because of him. I have been leasing through DePaula for 5-6 years now. Great place other than the lack of professionalism at the mid level. More
