Sales mgr. Randy who finalized the purchase was not completely honest with me. He knew I was working with another dealer on a brand new Enclave.He told me I was “GETTING” an extended warranty with this completely honest with me. I was charged $3446.00 for this warranty. Completely underhanded. I am filing a complaint with the NYS Attorney Generals office. More
