When we visited St. Augstine Hyundai, we needed a vehicle soon. We drove the Hyundai Santa Fe and liked the car and the warranty. We were especially pleased with our finance man, Dana Lambert, for aquiring a better than expected finance rate which was an added pleasure to our new car buying experience. I went to this dealership becaues I saw a vehicle online. I did the online application and the next day recieved a call from Mr. Selph. He was so down to earth and personable. I finally made it there from Jacksonville and he showed me two cars in my price rage. I was'nt excited about either one but he called me back the next day to tell me he had the perfect car for me. I went to see it and we began the do the hard approval which was showing my debt to income ratio too high even though my credit score was ok. He and the staff spent four hours trying to get the approval for me and succeeded with a decent interest rate and monthly payments I could afford. I can never thank them enough. I have had some challenges financilly these past two years and I explained to Mr. Selph I was trying to rearrange my life. He never made me feel ashamed or uncomfortable and was so accomodating. Best dealership experience I have ever had. The price was in-line without all the back and forth negotiating. They were easy and accomodating. I have purchased Hyundai vehicles from 2 other NE Florida dealerships in the past. However the St. Augustine Hyundai dealership was, by far, the best experience I have had with a car dealership. I spoke wit dealerships in the past. However the St. Augustine Hyundai dealership was, by far, the best experience I have had with a car dealership. I spoke with my salesman on the phone several times prior to coming into the dealership, so he already was aware of my expectations and the vehicle I was looking for. I honestly thought that he (or the dealership) would play games with me like other dealerships seem to do so I was pleasantly suprised when the whole process was streamlined, above board, and relatively painless. I would highly recommend this dealership to any of my friends. More

Randy was so great. He was honest and sincere with us. He never tried to sell us a car. He gave great information and let us make the decision.
