My wife and I were talking about getting her a new car after the holidays. We were in St. Augustine for the day and stopped in at the Hyundai Dealership. Mr Randy Selph approached us and was very hospitab after the holidays. We were in St. Augustine for the day and stopped in at the Hyundai Dealership. We purchased our Sonata from Hyundai of St Augustine on 12/3/10. The Salesman, Randy Selph was great to work with On Line. He was prompt with his contacts. When the car was delivered Randy spent an hour showing us the many features that the Sonata has and did not rush us in any way. He also has phoned us twice to see if all was ok. We live in Orlando, but found this Hyundai dealer on line. When we emailed them with what we were looking for (2011 Tucson) we got a prompt reply. We were looking at new cars and had stopped at the Nissan dealership in St. Augustine. We had purchase 3 cars from them (formerly Parker Nissan). We looked at the Rouge and had test driven it. We were consid dealership in St. Augustine. We had purchase 3 cars from them (formerly Parker Nissan). We looked at the Rouge and had test driven it. We were considering 2 models. We sat down with the sales person and started to work numbers. We were not pleased as the numbers given to us for both models were the price, plus, plus, plus. We were never told the plus numbers, but were somewhat interested. We then went down the highway and stopped at the Hyundai dealership. We were met by Randy from the beginning (and happy to do so). We looked at the Tuscan and also the Santa Fe. We decided on the Santa Fe and had taken one to test drive. I was very pleased with the car. Again, we were just looking - not expecting to purchase today. Randy showed us all the models re the Santa Fe and we had decided on the middle one, not basic and not high end. We were very pleased with the features as well as the warranty. We then sat down with Randy and he gave us the numbers - all of them. He left us alone to discuss and we went outside to look at the car again. He came out shortly gave us the keys and we drove it again. We then sat down and the numbers were very, very good. We agreed upon a final price and the rest is history. We pick up the car tomorrow! I am so pleased with the care we received, no punches pulled. My husband is pleased that I will be driving a safe car. We will also use the service department when needed. I would, both of us would, recommend Randy and the dealership highly. As I said before, we were Nissan owners, but am proud to say I am now the owner of a new Hyundai! More

Our experience was the best we ever had with a automobile salesman there was absolutely not pressure to buy not "what can I do go get you to buy today?". We test drove 6 diferent cars both new and used and g salesman there was absolutely not pressure to buy not "what can I do go get you to buy today?". We test drove 6 diferent cars both new and used and got qoutes on four. The salesman let us drive a new Tucson home. Randy (our salesman) was great and Hyundai of St. Augustine was worth the drive from Jacksonville! Our trade-ins were fairly priced and the price of our purchases was beyond fair. I had already narrowed my search for a new vehicle to a Santa Fe or Tucson through the internet. The quote I was given for a trade was generous and helpful, and the estimates for payments for various lengths were exactly what I was seeking. The final figure was actually lower than the estimate, and the purchase process was quick and painless. Having recently moved to St. Augustine, I am very happy to have such a friendly dealer so close to home, and I look forward to a long relationship. More

After comparing used car dealerships in the Jacksonville/St. Augustine area on the internet, particularly looking for a newer model previously owned sedan with all the "bells and whistles" poss Jacksonville/St. Augustine area on the internet, particularly looking for a newer model previously owned sedan with all the "bells and whistles" possible for a reasonable price, my husband and I decided to start at the dealership that appeared to have the biggest selection of the cars we liked. That decision turned out to be the best we've made in a long time! At Hyundai of St. Augustine we met with Randy and he was a good match for us right from the "get-go" since he read us correctly and was more low-key than most used car dealers we had dealt with in the past. Being a "seasoned" couple, we really appreciated that. When I couldn't find just the right car, he told us about one that he had just taken in on a trade for a new Hyundai. It was in the very back of the lot and had not even been cleaned up yet! It turned out to have everything I wanted and was in great condition (even without the detailing they do). We sat down and negotiated a price we both could live with. He even recommended a good restaurant for lunch! The next day it was ready. They had given it a scheduled once over, even though it was not quite due for one, cleaned it up to look like a new car, and we drove it off the lot, after trading in our very old Pontiac. Would we recommend this dealer and dealership to our friends? You bet! Everyone is friendly and extremely knowledgable, and even the manager sent us an email thanking us for our business.
