Had a very good experience with Hyundai of St. Augustine. A co-worker suggested I contact Randy at this dealership since we knew we wanted a Santa Fe. I had gotten offers from several dealers in the southeast, and St. Augustine topped them all. Working with Randy was a pleasure and we are thrilled with our new car. I would highly recommend this dealership and we will shop here again, I have no doubt. It was worth the 3.5 hour drive to get there! More

I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I had walked off 15 car lots and was ready to quit bc of all the pressure and games. I went to Hyundai of St. Augustine and I was treated like I was going buy a $50,000 car. In truth I couldn't afford a $10,000 car. Randy was honest and helpful and they gave me an amazing deal on my trade and the car I wanted. I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Andrew and Randy cared about ME AND MY BUDGET. Wow. I will tell you this, if you have lost all faith in car salesmen, go to Hyundai of St. Augustine. I love these guys and they are the REAL DEAL personally and financially. Best Price in the area. I live in Tallahassee and did everything over the phone and by email. Their finance department was great in helping me get financing I could afford. Randy was the salesman I worked with and he was great. He took care of everything. All I had to do was get there, complete the test drive, and sign the paperwork. Great experience. I would and will recommend anyone looking for a Hyundai to check them out before buying. More

Great experience with personable and knowledgeable sales person, Randy Selpi, and finance manager, Eddie Brooks. Dramatic improvement from prior sales techniques most people have come to expect from car sal person, Randy Selpi, and finance manager, Eddie Brooks. I had a great experience dealing with Randy at Hyundai of St Augustine. He was very up front about all of the pricing and I was not pressured into buying any add ons that I did not want. It took almost a mon St Augustine. He was very up front about all of the pricing and I was not pressured into buying any add ons that I did not want. It took almost a month from the time I inquired about the car until the time it actually came in and during that time, I sent numerous emails and all were responded to in a fast and friendly manner either by Randy or the owner of the dealership if Randy was out. I was sold the car I wanted at a good price and received a fair trade in value for my current car. The people in the financing department were fantastic and told me how I might be able to get some of the money back on a service contract I had purchased with my old car. Overall everything was a fantastic experience with the buying department and I am looking forward to dealing with their service department in the future. If my car is as awesome as I think it will be and I decide to stick with the Hyundai brand, Hyundai of St Augustine will be my first and only stop. More

I was nervous buying a new car. I consider going to a dealership like going to see a dentist, lawyer or doctor. You HATE to go, but know you need to. I was between a Toyota Corolla and a Hyundai Elantra. dealership like going to see a dentist, lawyer or doctor. You HATE to go, but know you need to. I was between a Toyota Corolla and a Hyundai Elantra. I picked the Elantra for a few reasons. 1 - the gas miliage. 2 - its bigger and looks classier (like a "Shark" friends at work say -- the shape and antenna as a fin). Back to the dealership, I went to Toyota (St Aug) first, the Saturday before and they were pushy, wanted me to buy that day, trying to sell me extra, etc. Then, I went to Hyundai (across the street), they did not give me any problems. No sales pressure. They came out to meet me, gave me a set of keys to look at the car, etc and then I left to think it over. They impressed me so much, I came back the next week and had the pleasure of working with them. I plan to buy my next car there too. They do not attack you, pressure you or make you feel like you are going to a dreaded appointment. More

Just purchased new 2012 Hyundai Elantra from Hyundai of St Augustine. Randy Selph was the salesperson who initially responded from my internet inquiry. From the get go he was respectful of my time and desire for the best deal possible. When he would call he would ask "do you have a minute?" as opposed to other dealers who would immediately start talking obnoxiously. Randy did not play any games when it came to the price/options and negotiated in good faith. I live an hour away from the dealership but Randy agreed/arranged to hold the car I wanted for over a week and had the window tint/other items installed ready to go at delivery date. Upon delivery the dealer was able to find me a better loan rate than even Hyundai Finance was advertising! There was never any attempt to sell high margin items (pin stripe, paint sealant, under-body protection ext...) Overall Randy and Hyundai of St Augustine were respectful of my time and there were no surprises in the car buying experience. More

I was in the market for a new Hyundai Elantra. I researched the vehicles and my trade. I tried my local dealer but he played the same old games regarding price and trade and I was there no less than researched the vehicles and my trade. I tried my local dealer but he played the same old games regarding price and trade and I was there no less than 4 times (with no deal). Randy Selph, the Internet Salesman at Hyundai of St. Augustine called me one morning. I told him his dealership was just too far away. He informed me that he delivered anywhere in FL. Within 15 minutes, we had negotiated a deal over the phone and he had the car I wanted in stock. Shortly thereater, my new car was at my home and my trade was on its way to St. Augustine. In all my years, I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience and I didn't have to leave the house. I have been telling everyone who will listen about my experience and about Randy. My husband will be in the market for a new vehicle within the next year and Randy will be the first person we call. What a refreshing experience. More
