Supirior Service My service contact was Randy Stiles. When I brought my car in I was greeted by a service attendant who directed me to Randy's office. I was told bef My service contact was Randy Stiles. When I brought my car in I was greeted by a service attendant who directed me to Randy's office. I was told beforehand who my service contact would be when I made the appointment for an oil change and tire rotation the day before my appointment. Randy spoke with me for a few minutes outlining what needed to be done. I insisted on pure oil and not synthetic oil. He ensured that was the case. He also pointed out that I should monitor my battery and that while still charging okay it may be on the latter half of its' life. Fast, efficient and courteous service. What more could you ask for?
