Randy Stiles was very friendly and professional, however, he did not come to tell me the progress of the work being done on my car for over one and a half hours. Then he explain all the work that needed to b he did not come to tell me the progress of the work being done on my car for over one and a half hours. Then he explain all the work that needed to be done in the future. He also re-explained everything at check=out which I really appreciated. Then he came out to the car with me to show an area that needed repair that I wasn't aware of. He did go out of his way to the service area to find out which side he needed to show me. He did treat me as a valued customer. The only thing I didn't like was being there for two and a half hours. I know there was a lot of people to be serviced, maybe honda can come up with a better system and not overbook. More

Brought my car after a rodent got into my engine and decided to make it it’s home. Randy stiles was the lucky person that got me.
