Case in point: several years ago our brand new Honda Odyssey DASH went crazy at 70 mph on I-75. We pulled off and called Randy who assured us everything was OK and the car was safe to drive. Just the reassurance from Randy made all the difference during what we thought was a major crisis. Follow up contact is outstanding. Our phone company put a PHONE BLOCK on our home phone line to cut down on the number of ROBO Calls, Consequently, when I left a message on Randy's Phone and he tried to call us back, he was blocked. Immediately, Randy researched our records and called our CELL PHONE. No matter what I ask Randy to do, he goes beyond the minimum to insure my complete satisfaction. More
