Randy was incredibly helpful. We had trouble with our trade in. So instead of making us take it home, he made sure to give us something we were comfortable with until the new car We had trouble with our trade in. I felt that was above and beyond what was necessary, and truly appreciated. He was very patient when we asked any questions or when teaching us to use Android Auto.
