Randy Thompson was great to work with. We found the truck we wanted online and made an appointment with Randy. This is the 5th new vehicle I have purchased from Shottenkirk in Fort Madison. All of my purchases I have delt directly with Brittney and Dustin, and they have been PHENOMINAL to work with. Brittney Shottenkirk in Fort Madison. All of my purchases I have delt directly with Brittney and Dustin, and they have been PHENOMINAL to work with. Brittney is very knowledgeable with all of the features each vehicle has, and has gone well out of her way to ensure the buying experience is top notch. Dustin has always been very friendly and helpful through every purchase, and was able to offer me a very competitive price on both my trade in vehicle and my purchased vehicle. Some dealerships you walk into and you get a pushy vibe that they will do or say anything to make a sale... not at Shottenkirk, they make you feel like you are part of their family. As long as theses two are on the payroll, I will never consider going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle in the future. Truck was in service to replace the chrome mirror cover that was slightly damaged during shipping, no questions asked it was replaced for free. I was given a very nice loaner to use while my truck was in service. More
