My car search started over 2 years ago at another Mercedes-Benz dealership but my experience at the time wasn't a good one. A couple weeks ago my fiancé and I decided to look again and stopped at th Mercedes-Benz dealership but my experience at the time wasn't a good one. A couple weeks ago my fiancé and I decided to look again and stopped at the Rockville Centre location. The dealership had exactly what I was looking for and Rashad Gambol was there to assist from the beginning to end. He was knowledgeable about the product and made the decision an easy one for us. He was great to work with and very patient. John Kerl was also there to assist with the transaction and spent the time to explain the different packages associated with the car. I also received follow-up phone calls and emails from Rashad after the deal was finalized. He took the time to give me a short tutorial the day I picked the car up as well as after because the car has so many options. Overall, I had a great experience here and will recommend this dealership to any family or friends in the market for a Benz!!! Oh and I love my new car too :)...no complaints here. More

Rashad Gambol, the sales associate, made it possible for me to purchase another Mercedes ML class vehicle again. I was in the market on buying a luxary SUV and was stuck between BMW x6 and Audi Q7. After se me to purchase another Mercedes ML class vehicle again. I was in the market on buying a luxary SUV and was stuck between BMW x6 and Audi Q7. After seeing the ML350 on the road, I was in awe. So I visited the RVC dealership in hopes to just to see the car, but not to purchase. I was a disgruntle owner of a 2000 ML430 years ago and vowed never to purchase another Mercedes Benz again. Rashad changed my mind on that real quick. He also, showed me how I would be able to afford this vehicle without really going against my means. This whole experience was truly delightful and will refer the dealership, especially Rashad to all my family and friends. More
