LEASE I contacted Walter's Automotive regarding the end of my current Mercedes lease and was contacted by Andrew Wagner. I told him that I was interested i I contacted Walter's Automotive regarding the end of my current Mercedes lease and was contacted by Andrew Wagner. I told him that I was interested in a possible replacement for my GLK350. He asked when I could come in to discuss my options and would be available to help me exclusively. I came in and met with Andrew and his assistant, Raul Ayala. Raul showed my wife and me a GLC300 in the color I wanted and pointed out its features. After a test drive, we sat down with Andrew to discuss ending my lease on the GLK and pricing and leasing options on a new GLC. Although I hadn't planned to make a decision on leasing another Mercedes, the deal that was offered was very good, so I'm driving a new GLC. Andrew and Raul made the process very pleasant and I would highly recommend doing business with them. Raul even followed me home to help program my garage door opener and sync our cell phones to the new car. This to me this is excellent customer service. Buying or leasing a new car is always a long process but Andrew and Raul did everything to make it easy and pleasant. More

I was interested in purchasing a Certified Pre Owned GLE. I visited the dealership, met Raul, Bryan and Andrew. I went on a test drive in a 2016 GLE, with Andrew. Since, I could not decide whether I wanted to purchase a 2016. I told Andrew I would like to talk with my husband. Andrew did a video of the vehicles’ exterior, interior, and all the options; for my husband to view, then emailed it to me. My husband and I went to the dealership on Oct 6, 2018, after receiving an email regarding a 2018 GLE. Once I got there I could not decide whether I wanted a GLE or GLC. Andrew suggested we test drive both. Andrew and Raul spent most of the day with my husband and I; explaining the features of both SUV’s. After, I decided on the GLE, I could not decide between the black or gray, Andrew had both vehicles brought to the front. Andrew is an outstanding Salesman. He is professional, thorough, knowledgeable and efficient . Most of all , he was patient, I never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle. Raul was always professional and personable. Was able to answer all my questions. On the day of my purchase.; Raul, called me to make sure I made it home okay, and stated is was okay to call him anytime if I had any questions. No one has ever called me or extend their services, after purchasing a vehicle. Andy Towns was thorough and efficient, all the paper work was completed in less the 30 minutes. This was the best experience I had in purchasing a vehicle. I never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle.
