Raul Ayala greeted me the second I walked into Walters Mercedes. I had a million questions for him regarding trading my lease in for a new Mercedes and he was patient and gave me very thorough answers. Wh Mercedes. I had a million questions for him regarding trading my lease in for a new Mercedes and he was patient and gave me very thorough answers. What I liked is that he laid out all of the paper work for me and showed me everything I asked to see regarding prices. He even made sure to show me all of the different programs available to save me more money. He did a great job showing me how everything works in the car and helped me set everything up. He had my new car waiting for me with a big red bow on it when I finished signing the paperwork. He even put my license plate frame on my new car for me! Raul was so professional and went above and beyond to help me out. More
