I walked into the dealership just as the annual award lunch was ending. Asked for a sales agent, Raul was assigned to me. He led me to the used model I requested. Told him I would return. A few days late lunch was ending. Asked for a sales agent, Raul was assigned to me. He led me to the used model I requested. Told him I would return. My husband and I were just popping in to test drive an Atlas with no intention of buying a vehicle that day. We have never owned a Volkswagen before and were extremely impressed with their warranty and sales service. After test driving a few different Atlas' we decided to run some numbers with Raul. He again, was extremely knowledgeable with all of the financing questions we had. We spoke with Brett, a sales manager who was also extremely helpful. We decided to purchase our first Atlas that day! After coming along with a friend in the past and sitting with her during her purchase, I realized that this was the place to go if i ever wanted a Volkswagen. Fast forward a year or so and here I was, wanti with her during her purchase, I realized that this was the place to go if i ever wanted a Volkswagen. Fast forward a year or so and here I was, wanting my very own Volkswagen. Needless to say, I was just as pleased and impressed as I expected I would be! FURTHERMORE, I am so glad I ended up with Raul Sanchez! He is hands down the best vehicle salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Very responsive and eager to make sure I was all around satisfied. He really made me feel like even after the sale was complete, instead of being just another number, I'm actually his customer and can reach out to him in the future if needed.
