After weeks of comparing several brands of SUVs, we settled on a Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport and to purchase it from the Jim Ellis dealership in Kennesaw. We found the dealership to be topnotch! It settled on a Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport and to purchase it from the Jim Ellis dealership in Kennesaw. We found the dealership to be topnotch! It was clean and inviting in appearance. An Atlas Cross Sport meeting the description we had inquired about to test drive was waiting for us with our name when we arrived. Just a small deal of a personal touch. We were assigned Raul Sanchez as our sales representative. From start to finish, Raul was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgable about the vehicle and friendly in manner. We never felt like he was giving us a high powered sales pitch. Raul thank you for making buying a car actually an enjoyable experience! We are thrilled with our new Atlas Cross Sport. We love the styling, the interior detail, the roomy comfort of the cabin and cargo space, the updated technology, its handling, quiet cabin and comfortable ride. The dealership was a class act. The cars were all clean, detailed, maintenanced and ready at all times for test drives. After multiple weeks of vehicle shopping I was exhausted by pushy and overbearing sales people. Once I arrived at Jim Ellis I was able to walk around on my own and look at a few cars without being bothered. Once I made my choices I walked to the door and was politely greeted and shown the cars I was interested in.the sales team was phenomenal. I picked up my car the following day after purchase. I noticed an oil leak. I contacted Raul and he eased all worries with a guaranteed repair or other solution if need be. I will visit Raul and Jim Ellis VW again for future purchases. I highly recommend Raul to anyone visiting Jim Ellis VW. More

I had been to a ton of sales folks to try and find a car to replace my Mazda hatchback. I was very dead set on Mazda until I noticed the VW Tiguan. I decided to inquire about them with Raul and he flipped m to replace my Mazda hatchback. I was very dead set on Mazda until I noticed the VW Tiguan. I decided to inquire about them with Raul and he flipped me from Mazda to VW. So far I am very happy with my purchase. I have a lot more features than I would have the Mazda I would have gotten. Out of the high double digit amount of salespersons I spoke to Raul was the best one. More

This was one of the best car buying experiences that I have had. I originally went in to look at a Taos based on a friend's recommendation, but ended up buying the Arteon that was sitting behind it in th have had.
