AMAZING SERVICE CENTER AND STAFF!!!!! I have been going to Jim Ellis VW of Kennesaw since they opened. Bought a number of cars and don't plan on changing that anytime soon! The entire staf I have been going to Jim Ellis VW of Kennesaw since they opened. Bought a number of cars and don't plan on changing that anytime soon! The entire staff if amazing. I'm always treated like family!!! Service center is not different. Rafael S. is usually my service adviser, but I have worked with Arianna and Tate and they are always on the top of their game! always greeted at my car, with a warm smile and hand shake.......and always by name!!!! thanks again Jim Ellis staff for all you do!
