Let me start off by saying… FANTASTIC! !! I went to this dealership only because my fiancé leased her vehicle here and wanted to see her options as far as either to lease another vehicle or !! I went to this dealership only because my fiancé leased her vehicle here and wanted to see her options as far as either to lease another vehicle or finance the same one. I wanted to inquire about releasing a new Honda Accord but because of the reviews I’ve read, I was a little skeptical. She told me that the dealer she dealt with his name was Rauly. We set up an appointment and met with him. Since the moment we walked in, Rauly greeted us like family. I’m a retired law enforcement officer and I have a good concept of reading individuals. I watched how he spoke, maneuvered and operated. He was very attentive to our needs. He then began to do what I like to call in the car dealership business his “running around”. I’m thinking now comes the back and forth with negotiating the prices, but right from the start, he quoted me what I thought was a very good deal. But just to be certain, I told him to give me a few days to think about it and I would get in contact with him if need be. He was so confident that I will return, he just wished me the best. What salesman really would do that? From my experience, they all try to lock in a sale. I went to another Honda dealership just to see if I was getting a good deal and guess what.. 2 different dealerships and none of them wanted to match that quote. One dealership thought I was making it up. I went back a few days later to finalize the deal. When I arrived, Rauly now greeted me the same way as if I was his brother lol. He then told me that I would have to meet with the sales manager and that is when I said to myself, “ here comes the nonsense” and I thought that they was going to raise the price on me. I met with Clyde and let me start off by saying, a true gentleman and very professional! He went over everything with me and if I had any questions, problems or concerns, to not hesitate and call him. THAT WAS IT! Quick but thorough, to the point and no nonsense. The one problem that I did have, and I wouldn’t even call it a problem because once I mentioned it to Clyde and he couldn’t help because it was above his pay grade, he called in his boss, who went by the name of David who quickly dealt with the situation and resolved it to my liking. The whole process took a few hours but a lot quicker than most cars I have leased in the past. I have been to many different car dealerships in my years and I have never had such a great experience like I had at Atlantic Honda. I am not promoting this place, I am just being honest and I feel that this place has had been misjudged. I’m not one to really write reviews but I read so many bad ones from this dealership, I felt I had to share my opinion. I feel Atlantic Honda is an exceptional dealership but people in general only feel obligated to write bad reviews and never good ones when they have good experiences. More
