Even though it was late night but he ensured that I leave the dealership with all question answered and with peace of mind (be it test drive, SUV features and safety aspects with demo). One thing I would especially mention about him is his calm nature and easy approach to handle the customer unlike pressuring & sticky salesperson at other dealership. He also worked on to get through a great deal. Thumbs up for Mr. Ravi Gowda. I would also appreciate the finance guy Jackie for his work. Overall this dealership has a nice environment setup and my experience at this dealership was much much better than other Honda dealers I approached. It h Please hire more people like James in service. I bought a used 2016 Hyundai Sonata with the President's Club and the offered extended warranty. It had 28,000 miles and was due for an oil change. I noticed the oil was a quart down after 3,000 miles. He told me, "This is something we'll keep an eye on, and if it pops up again, it's okay." He also gave me things I should do in between service visits (check the oil weekly), and reassured me about the warranty I'd purchased--"Mr. Parrish, you can use this here or at any Hyundai dealership if you experience trouble while traveling." We had to buy our car in a hurry, but Laura said on the way home today, "Okay, we bought the car at the right place." Thank you everyone at Jim Coleman. Mike More
