I did not expect things to go as smoothly as they did but the process was practically seamless as the make, model and color of the vehicle I wanted arrived in less than 24 hours. Best of all I have no buyers remorse because the price was reasonable and the customer service was commendable. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends. More

Great place for your next ride I recently bought my first Honda, a 2019 Accord Hybrid, from Claire at Napleton Honda and am pleased with the car and the service. It's a nice dealers I recently bought my first Honda, a 2019 Accord Hybrid, from Claire at Napleton Honda and am pleased with the car and the service. It's a nice dealership, with some great Honda "eye candy" inside (some of these beautiful cars were featured in the St. Louis Auto Show), and a great selection of vehicles. After we bought the car, Claire was very helpful to explain the controls and features. We had a good experience at Napleton Honda, thanks to Claire and the rest of the staff. I highly recommend them! More

Aaron immediately sopke with me on the phone knowing of my experiences and that i would not travel. he tole me anout the Riddgline that was for saale that i was very interested in. not only did he know abaout the car but if he hAD A QUESTION HE WOUld fo check. . i wase very comfortable with Aaron not feeling he wasw going to take advantage of me as Derrry had. Aaron sold this truck over the phone, he explained everything abourt it aand then delivereed it to me. he made sure i knew alll options and haw it worked and went thru the paperwork like a prro. I told Aaron i would be buyinb my next truck in aaout a year from him as i trust him and developed a wonderful rapport with thim. this is the man to buy from.! More

Along with Scott's support, the ease of the Internet quoting process with the assistance of Ravonda Price, ultimately brought us to Ed Napleton Honda, and in the end, prevented us from looking elsewhere. Working with Finance Manager, Tom Baker was a seamless and pain-free process, without any aggressive up-selling pressure. Hands down, the best car buying experience ever. More

They'll work for you! I had originally been working with another Honda dealership in the area in an effort to buy the car I wanted. Ed Napleton Honda gave me an offer throu I had originally been working with another Honda dealership in the area in an effort to buy the car I wanted. Ed Napleton Honda gave me an offer through an employee discount program at my place of work, and Amber Smith and Rovanda Price worked with me initially on that. When I arrived at the dealership, I was welcomed by Randy Lyman, who worked through the paperwork and assured me about all of my concerns and questions. Very quickly we had a car lined up to get traded to Napleton Honda, and in two days I was back in to take delivery. When I went for the financing paperwork, I met with Jeff (I think that was his name). We had a bit of a misunderstanding at first since I was intending to finance with the college grad program, but after running the numbers he saw that I would actually pay much more through that. I appreciated his effort to redo paperwork as necessary since he originally had done the appropriate paperwork for traditional financing. Before I knew it I was out the door in my new car! This dealership had great communication throughout the whole process, and I never felt like I was being mistreated or run through the ringer. They went the extra 'mile' to get the car I wanted from a hundred miles away. Their timeliness and communication was really appreciated. Furthermore, I came in the next week for a software update on the car, and the service department was friendly and helpful, though I don't remember who it was I talked to in service. More
