They stayed late the night we bought the car and late on the night the car arrived from Atlanta. Their patience and professionalism is spot on. It didn’t matter who came in contact with us, everyone was so courteous and wanted to ensure we were comfortable while signing paperwork, picking up items, etc. This is the second SUV I’ve purchased in 5 years from Athens Ford and you just can’t beat the quality, courtesy, and professionalism. I find dealerships are all the same, it is who you work with, the salesperson, who makes the difference. Ray Brooks is by far one of the most genuine salesmen I’ve done business with. I take my time when buying cars so if anyone try’s to rush me I won’t do business with them. Ray went above and beyond and was extremely patient with me. He treats you like a human being not a another sale of the day. I would definitely recommend working with Ray when you visit Athens Ford. If you can choose who you close with, ask for Kenny who handles the financing. More

Fantastic Experience I initially called concerning a used vehicle, but it turned out to have been sold the day before. However, Kevin was fantastic and I don’t know what he did to make it happen, but he was able to find one in stock NEW vehicle that left me in the finance/payment range with which I was comfortable. I never once felt pressured in any aspect of the transition, I felt listened to and understood, and I’ve already referred 3 friends to Athens Ford not even 3 days later! I’ve definitely found my dealer of choice. More

Ray greeted us, we told him what we were looking for in a truck and he found one for us, and Ray stayed with us until 9:30 or 10:00 that evening working with us getting us the best deal so when we left we were leaving in anew truck. He provided some of the best service we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle made it a very pleasant experience, he listened to our concerns and made us feel comfortable with everything when we left. Kenny Jordan stayed with us to work the financing out , and made the whole experience the best. Not once did either of them act like they were ready to go home, that they would be there as long as it took for us to be satisfied and get the deal done. More
