Awesome amazing excellent experience I will definitely come back again not only did I get a new car but my daughter got herself one too. Ray Crespo our salesman was ve only patient and extremely helpful come back again not only did I get a new car but my daughter got herself one too. My experience with DCH Paramus has been an unending nightmare. First, the car I bought was defective. The entertainment system and speedometer died on a known issue no one tells you about. After no nightmare. First, the car I bought was defective. The entertainment system and speedometer died on a known issue no one tells you about. After not offering me a service appointment for five weeks, I called the salesman, who intervened, and they fixed it, but that’s not actually the bad part. The bad part is they didn’t register the car properly, and because of that, my insurance policy was nearly canceled until I begged for an extension, my driver’s license has been suspended, the registration on the car is now suspended for another three months, and I’ve been fined $852 for a car I can’t legally drive but still must make payments on. Trying to get a straight answer about this and results in finger-pointing about whose fault it is. There are no consumer protections against this kind of negligence. Zero. And you can’t actually get involved and do anything about it because the dealer has to handle the transaction. Since I bought the car three months ago, I still can’t legally drive it. I will say everyone has been very friendly, but that isn’t enough anymore. More
